Real Estate inventory continues to increase in Basking Ridge. There are 134 properties for sale including condos, town houses and single family homes in town. Absorption rate increased slightly to 5 months, indicating a ballanced real estate market. Of course, absorption rate varies, depending on a price point and there are properties under contract in town that are not marked as such on GSMLS, therefore increasing absorption rate. There was a good deal of real estate activity in Basking Ridge last week… 6 new properties came on the market, 3 went under contract and 4 homes closed last week.
