Real Estate inventory is increasing in Basking Ridge. There are 130 properties for sale including condos, town houses and single family homes in town. Absorption rate is at 5 months, indicating a balanced real estate market. Of course, absorption rate varies, depending on a price point and there are properties under contract in town that are not marked as such on GSMLS, therefore increasing absorption rate.
